Each one-of-a-kind cast paper meditation bowl is handcrafted of cotton linter pulp, acrylic paints and varnishes, crushed bottle glass, and natural materials such as sand, shells, leaves, bark, quartz, citrine, calcite, mica, and lichen. Individual descriptions, below, list the materials used for each bowl, along with size and date. These bowls are not fragile--they are designed for frequent handling and use for Bowl and Bead Meditation.
